In
1972 Rob Golding became the motoring correspondent of the 'Birmingham
Post' and made a close study of the car as a local product and of its
motor sport involvement. Within a few years he was industrial editor of
the paper and interested in the industrial story that surrounded the
car. Then in 1980 he became editor of 'The Engineer' Magazine and was
able to take an expert view of the technology of the car and the methods
that created it. Today he is motor industry analyst for the leading
British stockbroker, S.G. Warburg Securities. |
